About Jackpot Analyzer
Jackpot Analyzer is an independent site that turns the public draw history of Powerball and Mega Millions into plain-English statistics, charts and tools. We do not sell tickets, we do not run a lottery, and we do not predict results.
What you will find here
- The latest winning numbers, past draws, prize charts and exact odds for each game.
- Over a dozen analyses (frequency, gaps, odd/even, sums, pairs and more). Each one shows what happened next to what pure chance would produce, so you can see what is normal.
- A glossary that explains every term, how it is calculated and what it can and cannot tell you.
- A simulator that shows how randomness behaves over thousands or millions of tickets, and a rough tax estimate for a jackpot.
Where the data comes from
Draw results come from the open data published by the New York State Gaming Commission on data.ny.gov. Statistics are calculated only from draws played under the same rules, because both games have changed their number ranges over the years.
Our position on predictions
Every draw is random and independent of the ones before it. No chart, pattern or "system" can raise the chance that a ticket wins, and nothing on this site should be read that way. If you see a site that promises to improve your odds, be careful. See our disclaimer and responsible gaming page.
