Range Groups
- What it is
- Splitting the numbers into equal-sized ranges (for example 1-10, 11-20, 21-30) and counting how many drawn numbers land in each.
- How it is calculated
- We show the average number of drawn balls per range for several range sizes. If numbers were spread evenly, a range would average 5 x its size / the total count.
- How to read it
- Bars close to the black tick mean the range behaves as expected. Small differences are normal.
- What it can't tell you
- Ranges are a convenience for viewing the distribution.
- Common misunderstanding
- 'The ranges that were quiet lately will catch up.' There is no catching up in a random draw.
This site does not guarantee winning. Lottery draws are random and past results do not predict future results. Every chart here describes the past. It cannot raise your chances of winning.
